1. Blue Ridge Parkway

5. Historic National Road

Length: 824 Mi – Maryland To Illinois

For a long trip down memory lane, enjoy the first federally funded interstate highway through six states & 200 years of American history. Created in 1811 from the authorization of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, this road provides a route to the past.

6. Atlantic Coast Road Trip

Length: 350 Mi – Kitty Hawk To Myrtle Beach

Lighthouses, traditional maritime villages and miles of desolate beaches are some of the many reasons this road trip is a must. Starting your trip in Kitty hawk, make sure to spend some time at the infamous sand dunes where the Wright Brothers first took flight.
